  • MAX 4 people per group (Ages 10+) to achieve individual goals and promote team building 
  • Motivational sessions that build confidence and self-esteem

    • Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday afternoons 
    • 3:30-4:15pm, 4:15-5pm, 5-5:45pm

  • Specific focus on basketball & soccer 
  • Designed to promote teamwork, sportsmanship & a love of being active 
  • Novelty sporting equipment & engaging physical activities
  • Age appropriate activities that improve gross motor skills, coordination & physical fitness 
  • Aims to build confidence & self-esteem in young people
  • GRADES 3-6 (3:30-4:30PM)

@ Schools

  • 5 week program overseen by a physical education teacher!
  • Holt Sport ‘STRYK’ is a fun-filled physical activity program featuring inflatable novelty sporting equipment and engaging activities 
  • Designed to promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and a love of being active!
  • Staffed, supervised, and insured program 
  • Focuses on helping young people build a positive relationship with sport and physical activity, encouraging lasting healthy habits
  • Participants also have the opportunity to continue their journey by attending regular sessions at a Holt Sport Centre
  • All STRYK participants will receive a complimentary Holt Sport bracelet
