Returns and Refunds

We comply with Australian Consumer Law to ensure customer rights are protected.

  1. Consumer Guarantees:

    1. You are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if the product is: 

      1. Faulty, unsafe, or not of acceptable quality.

      2.  Not as described or does not perform as advertised.

  2. Change of Mind Returns:

    1. Accepted within 7 days of delivery.

    2. Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.

    3. Proof of purchase is required.

    4. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  3. Refunds and Processing:

    1. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.

    2. We reserve the right to inspect and verify the condition of returned items

  4. Non-returnable Items:

    1. Customised or used sporting equipment.

    2. Clearance or final sale items unless faulty.

To initiate a return, contact admin@holtsport.com.au  with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos (if applicable). We will respond within 48 business hours.
