    2. Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (metro areas)

    3. Regional and remote areas may require additional time.

  3. Shipping Costs:

    1.  Calculated at checkout based on product weight and location..

  4. Tracking and Delivery:

    1. All orders include tracking. Tracking details will be sent via email.

    2. Please ensure delivery details are accurate to avoid delays.

  5. Lost or Damaged Items:

    1. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

    2. Contact us within 7 days if your order is missing or arrives damaged.

  6. Click and Collect 

    1. Click & Collect is available at any Holt Sport Location 

    2. Select “Click & Collect” at checkout to pick up your order in person.

    3. You will be notified by email or SMS when your order is ready for collection. 

    4. Orders must be collected within  7 business days of notificationPlease bring a copy of your order confirmation and valid photo ID when collecting.

    5. You may nominate someone else to collect your order by providing their details in advance.
